Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences and Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the Presidential Palace of the Russian Federation presented the Cooperation Agreement document at the Presidential Palace

On the afternoon of June 20, 2024, at the Presidential Palace, Dr. Phan Chi Hieu, President of the Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences (VASS) and PhD. Alexey Gennadievich Komissarov, Director of the Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation (Presidential Academy - RANEPA), exchanged cooperation agreement documents between the two agencies under the witness of President To Lam and President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin.

In more than 60 years of development, VASS has made immense contributions to Vietnam’s future by training a large number of leading Vietnamese experts and researchers working in the social sciences and humanities. The Academy always encourages and facilitates well-known national and international scholars to engage in training and developing high-quality human resources for the social sciences and humanities. Many VASS researchers are key lecturers and supervisors of master’s and doctoral programs at VASS and many other training centers nation-wide.
